RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Insurance sector
  • Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients and thoroughly understand their pain points and business objectives 
  • Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastra's capabilities, including data management, advanced analytics, and AI-powered systems 
  • Conduct demos to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of Adastra’s solutions for Insurance clients 
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical and industry insights to both the sales team and clients 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the Insurance sector to ensure Adastra’s offerings remain competitive 

 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in the Insurance industry at an executive level, with a strong understanding of: 
    • P&C insurance
    • Life insurance
    • Health insurance
    • Data-driven decision-making 
  • Experience in the usage of data analytics, business intelligence, and the application of emerging technologies such as IoT, predictive analytics, and machine learning within the Insurance landscape 
  • Executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders 

 NICE TO HAVE

  • A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience, preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
