Adastra is seeking a motivated Cloud-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to support greenfield customer acquisition through outbound prospecting and joint go-to-market activities with AWS. This role blends hands-on outbound sales execution with campaign participation and pipeline ownership, working closely with internal sales, marketing, AWS stakeholders, and third-party agencies to generate and progress qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-selling Cloud Adoption, Data & AI solutions with AWS, and should have a solid understanding of cloud technologies, data management, and AI solutions to effectively engage prospects and position our offerings.
Success in this role looks like consistent creation and progression of greenfield pipeline, effective engagement of prospects through multi-channel outreach, accurate and timely pipeline reporting across both internal and AWS systems, and strong collaboration with sales, marketing, AWS, and agency partners.
